A convenient and delightful place to stay
The hotel will be the place to accommodate international employees and guests of companies in Aalsmeer for short or longer periods of time. The new 500-room hotel, designed with a nod to the former greenhouse area, is iconic for this part of Green Square Business Campus. The hotel's many guests will cross over to The Strip for work-related and leisure activities. The grand opening is scheduled for 2025.
The hotel, on the south side of the Middenweg, is not only an important part of GSBC visually. It also contributes greatly to the liveliness of the area. After all, the hotel’s many guests will want to relax before and after their meetings and will therefore cross over to The Strip, where they will find a rich and diverse range of catering venues and sports facilities.

GSBC’s central location, close to Schiphol Airport, in the middle of Metropolitan Amsterdam gives the hotel and its guests a great advantage. But also within the area, the hotel’s location provides many advantages. Within a few minutes’ walk, they are on The Strip, where they can also dine, exercise, and relax. And for guests travelling by car: parking is well organized because of the easily accessible large-scale parking facility.
Second hotel planned
The construction of a second hotel and a short-stay complex are still planned on The Strip; it will only increase the attractiveness of the area. All these facilities make Green Square Business Campus a place where hotel guests and visitors would like to stay and, if possible, return.
